Vicelli’s refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are not subject to return. Quick-release items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Software products that can be downloaded
  • Some items for health and personal hygiene

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations when only partial compensation is provided:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that have been opened.
  • Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not related to our error.
  • Any product can be returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund of funds

After your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or absent refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Goods for sale

Funds can be returned only at standard prices. Sale products are not returnable.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email to bespokeshoes.info@gmail.com and send the product to the following address: Kyiv, ul. Verkhniy Val, 66a.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. After receiving the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver sent the order himself to give you later, we will send a refund to the giver and he will know about your return.

Return shipping

To return the product, you must send it to the following address: Kyiv, str. Verkhniy Val, 66a.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The shipping cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
