A step-by-step process to create your perfect pair
1. Initial consultation (free of charge)
Duration: 30-45 minutes
Format: in person at the studio or online
What is happening:
- We discuss your design and style wishes
- We determine the purpose of the shoes (office, special events, everyday)
- We show samples of materials and accessories
- We calculate the preliminary cost

2. Taking measurements and creating a sketch
Duration: 45-60 minutes
Must be in person at the studio
What is happening:
- Professional foot measurement (15+ parameters)
- 3D foot scan for maximum accuracy
- Creation of detailed model sketch
- Final selection of materials and colors
- Coordination of all design details
Result: technical specifications and a sketch of the future shoe.
3. Making a prepayment and starting work
Prepayment: 50% of the order value
What is happening:
- Signing a contract for production
- Ordering materials (if specific ones are needed)
- Creating an individual block according to your measurements
- Starting the work of a master cutter
Terms: the pad is ready in 7-10 days
4. First fitting (preparation)
After: 2-3 weeks after starting work
Duration: 20-30 minutes
What is happening:
- Shoe blank fitting
- Fit and comfort check
- Adjustments if necessary
- Agreement on final finishing details
Possible corrections: free of charge within reason.
5. Second fitting (almost finished shoes)
After: 4-5 weeks after starting work
Duration: 15-20 minutes
What is happening:
- Trying on almost finished shoes
- Final fit adjustments
- Checking all functional elements
- Approval of the final touches
6. Ready-made shoes and surcharge
Due: 6-8 weeks from start of work
What is happening:
- Final fitting of finished shoes
- Additional payment of the remaining amount (50%)
- Instruction on shoe care
- Issuance of a quality certificate and warranty
