Delivery is carried out at the client’s expense using the Nova Poshta transport service. Current cities and branches can be found on the novaposhta.ua website or in the list when placing an order on our website. Delivery times in Ukraine are from 1 to 5 days.
Shipping is carried out from Kyiv.
If you would like to use a different courier service, please indicate this in the order comments. If the product does not fit, an exchange or return is possible within 14 days.
If the model you need is not available, you can leave a request and our managers will contact you. The tailoring time is from 5 to 7 weeks.

Purchase
Orders placed before 4:00 PM of the current day are shipped the same day, subject to availability of the product in stock. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day. Shipping schedule: Monday through Saturday.
Payment
You can pay for the goods upon ordering, upon receipt, or use the Monobank “Payment in installments” service. Choose a convenient payment method and save your time. Orders for an amount less than 500 UAH are shipped only after full prepayment.
- Payment by Visa or Mastercard bank card.
- Cash on delivery. Payment is made upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or to a courier upon delivery to the address. You pay only after inspecting the goods and provided that everything suits you.
- Purchase in installments from Monobank. First, you buy the product, and then pay for it in installments. To do this, select the product, go to checkout, select the payment method “Payment by card on the website”, then “Purchase in installments from Monobank”. Confirm the purchase in the Monobank program. The first payment will be made at the time of purchase, and the next one in a month
Vicelli shoes are of high quality. We provide a guarantee for each pair for a period of 30 days, starting from the moment the goods are handed over to the buyer or received by the courier service.
Warranty periods for seasonal shoes are determined from the beginning of the corresponding season:
- Winter: from November 15 to March 15
- Spring-autumn: from March 15 to May 15 and from September 15 to November 15
- Summer: from May 15 to September 15
In case of violation of seasonality during the operation of the product, quality claims are not accepted.
Order launch
We begin processing your order under the following conditions:
Mandatory subscription of 300 UAH per pair.
- This amount is deducted from the total cost of the order, meaning the final cost of the shoes will be UAH 300 less.
- If the buyer refuses to receive the order or does not pick up the parcel at the branch, the prepayment is not refundable, since this amount covers the costs of shipping the goods in both directions.
Shoe manufacturing time:
- 5-7 business days.
- During peak season, the period may increase to 10 working days.
