3. Make an advance payment and start work

Your leather goods will retain their pristine appearance for years to come with proper care. Maintenance is simple: simply wipe them with a damp cloth and use a shoe brush to remove dirt.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out at the customer’s expense via Nova Poshta. Current cities and branches can be found on novaposhta.ua or in the list when placing an order on our website. Delivery times within Ukraine range from 1 to 5 days.

Shipping is carried out from Kyiv.

If you prefer to use a different courier service, please indicate this in the order comments. If the item is not suitable, you can exchange or return it within 14 days.

If we don’t have the style you need, you can submit a request and our managers will contact you. The tailoring process takes 5 to 7 weeks.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on the current day will be shipped the same day, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Shipping schedule: Monday through Saturday.

Payment

You can pay for your order when you place your order, upon receipt, or use Monobank’s “Payment by Installments” service. Choose a convenient payment method and save time. Orders under 500 UAH are shipped only after a full subscription.

Cash on delivery. Payment is made upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or to the courier for home delivery. You pay only after inspecting the item and ensuring you are satisfied with it.
Installment purchase from Monobank. First, purchase the item, then pay for it in installments. To do this, select the item, proceed to checkout, select the payment method “Pay by card on the website,” then “Installment purchase from Monobank.” Confirm the purchase in the Monobank app. The first payment will be made at the time of purchase, and the next payment will be made a month later.
