Delivery

All orders are sent by Nova Poshta.

Dear customers, please carefully inspect the goods at the Nova Poshta office or upon receipt of the order from the courier. We value each of you, but we cannot guarantee the resolution of disputes if the goods were not checked upon receipt.

Delivery to the Nova Poshta branch and Postomat.

  1. Free delivery for orders over UAH 50,000.
  2. Delivery time 1-4 days if the goods are in stock.
  3. You can order one product in several sizes. Such orders are processed in separate parcels. Delivery costs are at the customer’s expense, regardless of the order amount.
  4. One customer can place no more than 2 parcels with the cash on delivery service at the same time. If you want to place more orders, sending is possible only with 100% prepayment on our website or to a bank account.
  5. Parcels are stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 days, after which they are returned to the warehouse. You can extend the storage period in the Nova Poshta application or by calling 096 804 04 92 .

Courier delivery of Nova Poshta

The cost of delivery by courier is calculated according to the rates of the carrier Nova Poshta and is paid by the buyer, regardless of the order amount.

Payment

For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

  1. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta office or upon delivery of the goods from the courier. A commission of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount is charged for this service.
  2. Online on the website (no commission via Portmone).
  3. To the company’s bank account .
